My LIFEstory

Of coz my primary school life was filled with some crushes here and there too…

There was my very first crush when I was primary 1/2. Her name was Luixin… Mmmm… she was a petite and sweet-looking girl. Must be her long hair lar… Ha ha….

I can still remember how I tried to impress her once by jumping off one whole flight of stairs just to ’stomp’ on an empty packet drink which would ‘explode’.

Ya may sound silly… but that age, that was a cool thing to do leh… Ho ho…

In Primary 3, there was Weixian…. Hee hee… She was a very studious and good girl. Very popular too. Most of the guys in my class then also liked her. However, she was my teacher’s (Mr Yeo) daughter. So pretty difficult lar…

In Primary 4, there was Meiqi. She was a very brief crush. It was more of a fun thing as my other classmate liked her best friend Xuili. So we just liked both together since it seemed fun and enjoyable… Ha ha…

Back to the part where you won’t believe how naughty and playful I was… Errr… Actually I was just ‘active’ lar… too much ‘energy’ in me to release…

Here are the stuff I can recall:

• Pulling away the chairs of my classmates just before they would sit. Resulting them in landing on their butts. My usual targets… the big-sized ones for maximum impact. Jia lat rite? (Primary 1/2)
• Peeping into my classmates’ (girls) skirts while I was being punished by having to do my homework sitting on the floor. I was caught in the act and my dad was called in (Primary 1/2)
• Threw eggs and fire (burning newspaper) at people from my kitchen window. My neighbour living below complaint to my parents as the wind blew the burning papers into their home and I got it… (Primary 3/4)
• Brought a blue book to class (I found in a heap of used books thrown downstairs) and was exposed by my classmate who got caught while reading it during class. He really sabo me… My teacher (male) still could take his time to survey the book (Primary 5/6)
• Receive complaint from the police for playing with fire with my friends. Actually we were just burning red ants and their nest. That one I really got whacked! (Primary 3/4)
• Received public caning from my discipline master for breaking into my school canteen when it was closed during the weekends. The police caught one of my friends and he in turn told us in… but thankfully, we were not expelled (Primary 6)

These are just some of the major stuff I can recall off hand but let me stress that I was only in primary school (6-12yrs old) then ok?  But anyway, I think I did more worse stuff as I got older

Enough of the kindergarten years… Nothing much there actually as it was pretty normal as anyone. Just watching TV and playing hard.

It is in the Primary level that much of me was beginning to ‘unleash’…

Throughout my six years in Clementi Town Primary School, what I only and distinctly remembered are the moments of mischiefs and punishments from my teachers. Serious….

I really don’t recall any praise or compliment here or there from teachers. I was never a top student in my studies but neither was I top from the bottom. Most always say that I can study one but too naughty and playful.

Yupz… that’s what I carried on doing… being naughty and playful!
